Mersen is a global expert in materials and solutions for extreme environments as well as in the safety and reliability of electrical equipment. Mersen designs solutions in sectors such as energy, transportation, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical and process industries. While working with Mersen I designed lots of printed materials: catalogs, flyers, posters, etc. But the most interesting work I did for them was their trade show graphics, which applies design to a 3-dimensional end product.
I designed the TransConnect logo in 2010 for Marianne and her business partner, Cindy. The logo’s concept was a brainstorming effort between Marianne and I. Simple yet professional, I am happy with the outcome.
Since TransConnect is a translation agency owned and operated by two lawyers—one French and one American, the brochure was produced and printed in both languages.
In October of 2009 University of San Diego School of Law Energy Policy Initiatives Center (EPIC) released two executive summaries that I designed. The first one is Reducing Greenhouse Gases from Electricity and Natural Gas Use in San Diego County Buildings. The second, Reducing Greenhouse Gases from On-Road Transportation in San Diego County.
