Dutch Ophthalmic USA is a subsidiary of DORC International, manufacturer and distributor of instruments and equipment for ophthalmic surgery in more than 60 countries.
In the early 2000s, we contracted ComCoach Design. At the time, Mary Bean was an employee of ComCoach so I had a long history of working with Mary already. In late 2007/early 2008, the principal of ComCoach dissolved the business. We then contracted Mary at Mary Bean Design and have been using her for our marketing needs ever since.
Though much of our marketing is created by our parent company in the Netherlands, there is always the need to create pieces specific to the US market. Mary had been involved with design of web pages specific to our events, advertising materials both on line and in print such as post card mailings, leaflets and journal ads, meetings announcements, and more. She keeps track of our due dates and works directly with a half dozen publishers to meet their specifications.
Mary understands our needs and requires very little instruction on changes and edits. She always provides prompt turnaround for any requests, even when we are pushing deadlines. One would never know that we are on opposite ends of the country, with our offices located in NH and Mary located in CA! I would highly recommend Mary for any marketing services that involve her expertise; she is a pleasure to work with.
